Private classes are a great priviledged way to get to know yoga and practice in a much deeper level. With the instructor's full attention in this type of class the needs of the student are closely planned and developed progressively. According to the student's pace the practice  follows an exclusive and individual project of practice's enhancement.
 
The space for the practice would be at your own home or office if you have any space that allows some privacy. Rented spaces are other alternative in this case too.

         DOUBLE OR GROUP PRACTICE

 

 

YES ! You can join a friend and share a private class. This is a great way to have the advantages of a private class and the motivation of a partner while you practice.

In case you have more friends a little group can be formed. Check around your neighborhood, in your building or office to see if there are other people interested in practicing together! (ask me if you need help with that!)

Family practices are an amazing way to bring your beloved ones together for a healthy physical practice while deepening the spiritual bonds at home.

           CORPORATE CLASSES
 
 
The work environment ca be stressful in so many ways and yoga is the perfect tool to implement a feeling good program in your company. Motivation, clear mind, calm and alert inner state, and comfortable and balanced body condition are just a few benefits from the yoga practice inside the office. 
The idea here is to give the employees the opportunity to rebalance themselves and feel the bonus of a healthy pause for the body and mind. On the short term the gain is related to a better decision making, through focus and staeady energy levels. On the long term the profit comes through healthier and a more prductive crew. 
 If you have any available room or a space that can be adjusted for a class this is great! But in case the space is more limited, there is always an option, and the practice can be directed towards other techniques that do not demand too much space. 
 
 Is a Brazilian yoga teacher that has been practicing and studying Yoga since 2005. She became a    certified yoga instructor in 2010 at the Núcleo de Estudos Yoga Nataraja (Nataraja Yoga Study Center)  in São Paulo. Her teaching experience started in 2009 at the Pura Yoga Studio in São Paulo and since  then have been working as a full time yoga instructor both on private teachings as well as through  studio classes.

 Participated in several complemental courses and workshops related to the yoga practice* and    philosophy including a stay at the Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama Ashram in Rishikesh, India in 2011.  Since then this lineage of yoga, the Hymalayan Yoga, has been influencing and guiding her personal    practice and teaching. 
 
 Her classes incorporate a combination of yoga philosophy (based on the yoga scriptures and its      main   interpretations), yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayamas), relaxation and
 withdraw    of the senses (yoga nidra), and meditation.
 
  "The intention her teaching is helping the student reconnect with his/her body and mind on a deeper  and enduring level - learning how to cope with life's challenges while maintaining the inner balance  and discernment. "
 
 Through the 8 limbs of Yoga (Yamas and Niyamas, Asana,  Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana and  Samadhi) the practice  suggested will gradually lead the students towards a peaceful and energized inner state. Free    from tension and stress (which are  the main causes of health disturbances and illness) and with
a clear  mind,  the students then become progressively more capable to find more atunnement with their life's  purpose and  inspiration.
